Clergy will gather with District Superintendent Susan Leonard-Ray for a time of centering around the book The Recovery of a Contagious Methodist Movement by George G. Hunter III.

The Sending Forth Dinner is for celebrating those who are moving within the district, leaving the district, and either heading towards retirement or a new appointment.

Coffee will be served from 9-9:30AM.

We will gather from 9:30AM-12PM for Clergy discussion. We will share a time of hearing from our retiring pastors as they reflect on the question “The Best of What I Know” as it relates to ministry. Rev. Randy Taylor, Rev. Kempie Shepard, Rev. Calvin Smith and Rev. Clara Martin-Gary are our colleagues who are retiring at Annual Conference this year.

Coffee will be served from 8:30-9AM.
